More than a supply company.
neer started because we saw a gap — renovation clients in Winnipeg were getting passed between suppliers, contractors, and designers with no one person accountable for the whole project. We set out to fix that.
Today we're a full-service renovation and supply studio. You can come to us for materials only, or hand us the entire project — from concept and design through to the final coat of paint. Our in-house team handles it all.
We've built deep relationships with Winnipeg's interior design community and work as a spec partner on projects across the city. If you're a designer, we built part of this business with you in mind.

Josh
Josh founded Neer Supply and Design to make renovations simpler by bringing samples, products, and design expertise under one roof. With over 7 years experience in renovations and real estate investing - his goal is to streamline renovations for both homeowners and trades or designers. Josh genuinely enjoys meeting with clients and finding ways to streamline the process from start to finish.
Maryna
Maryna is the creative force behind Neer’s design process. From first consult to final 3D render, she helps clients see what’s possible and turns vision into a plan. Maryna is your primary contact during the design process all the way through to completion of your renovations.
Abe
Abe keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From quotes and invoicing to supplier coordination and scheduling, he’s the reason projects don’t fall through the cracks. Trade partners work closely with Abe on orders and logistics.
